Data we collect

Your WhatsApp phone number, chosen topic (including free-text topic if provided), delivery time and timezone, subscription status, payment status via Stripe (we never see or store your card details), and the log of messages we have sent you.

Purpose and legal basis

To provide the subscribed service — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Twilio and Meta/WhatsApp (message delivery), our cloud hosting/database provider, and an AI text-generation provider that receives only your topic and your previous messages from us — never your phone number or identity.

Retention

Subscriber data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted or anonymized within 12 months of cancellation. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection — email hello@myprogramcoach.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).

No profiling, no data sale

No profiling or automated decisions with legal effect. We do not sell your data.

The site uses only technically necessary cookies/storage for the signup flow.
