Cancellation, refunds & withdrawal

Dayli programs are sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The first 3 days of a program are free and no card is required to start. On day 3 we send one WhatsApp link to unlock the rest of the program for €29 once per program (or $34 for US numbers). If you don't pay, messages simply stop and nothing is charged. There is no recurring payment and nothing to cancel.

Stopping messages

Reply CANCEL to any message from our WhatsApp number +1 689 600 5310. Messages stop immediately and you receive a confirmation. Because there is no subscription, stopping messages does not involve any billing change — a program you already paid for stays yours and you can resume it at any time.

14-day money-back promise

Voluntary and in addition to your legal rights: within 14 days of purchase we refund a program in full, regardless of how much of it you already received. Email hello@myprogramcoach.com from any address, mentioning the WhatsApp number you purchased with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5 business days.

EU right of withdrawal (digital content)

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a purchase of digital content. Because a program starts delivering immediately after payment, by completing the purchase and receiving the next program day you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Our voluntary 14-day money-back promise above applies regardless, so you can still get a full refund within 14 days.

For anything else, email hello@myprogramcoach.com from any address, mentioning the WhatsApp number you used. Processed within 48 hours.

Legacy subscriptions (started before this change)

If you subscribed to Dayli on the previous monthly plan (€4.40/month, or $4.90/month for US numbers), nothing changes for you: your subscription continues on the original terms until you cancel, and the terms below still apply to it.

By WhatsApp: reply CANCEL (or BAJA) to any message from +1 689 600 5310. Cancellation is processed automatically and instantly: you receive a confirmation, no further messages are sent, and no further charges are made.

Via Stripe: every Stripe receipt email includes a link to manage your subscription, where you can cancel directly. When you cancel, no further charges occur; the current month is not refunded pro-rata. The word STOP may block messages at the carrier level, but CANCEL is the guaranteed way to also terminate billing.
